Vietnam can boast of having 2 of its cities (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City) among the 5 most dynamic cities in the world. Its potential is very similar, by culture, political scheme and economic development, to China, on a smaller scale and with about 10 years of delay. It is undoubtedly a mandatory stop in any growth strategy in Southeast Asia.
